Training

 Anyone that works for Caretime Services has access to free training to meet the standards of their job.

Everyone will receive Induction Training in order to understand what is expected of their job, know what the company stands for and to learn how the company works.

Everyone is expected to achieve a minimum of NVQ 2 Care and attend training courses in Basic First Aid, Health and Safety, Manual Handling, Medication and Food Hygiene. These are a minimum with many more programmes available as required.

Everyone who works for Caretime Services will have their training needs identified and reviewed using Observation, Reviews and Annual Appraisals.
